Bookings are paid by the term. When you book your place in art class, you are responsible for paying the whole term fee. To continue the following term, no need to fill out this form again, I will send an email so just pay your term fees and come to class. By coming to class you are responsible to pay the whole term fee. Finalise and agree by writing your licence number.
